Studio SaY assesses and certifies the thermal performance of your building to comply with Energy Efficiency requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA)
Our service applies to Class 1 buildings (new residential as well as alterations and extensions to an existing house), and parts of Class 2 and Class 4 buildings
We offer Energy Rating Assessment Services to Tasmania and other states and territories
Energy Rating Assessment Process
You email us with building plans attached when you need an energy rating assessment
We email you Fee Proposal including time frame and required documents checklist
You send us confirmation to proceed and required documents if you accept our fee
We assess your project. This includes liaising with your designer to implement any modifications to achieve the desired star rating
We send you the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme Certificate, stamped documents and invoice
We send you Form 55 once payment has been received
